

Recently, I have started baking banana bread. I was not happy with how many banana I was letting go to waste. Turns out it is very simple to make.
- Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
- 2 Cups AP flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Bananas
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in one bowl. Mash bananas in a separate bowl then add eggs, softened butter, and brown sugar.
- Once the wet ingredients are well mixed, add them to bowl with flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix until it is well incorporated.
- Cook at 350 for about an hour, until a toothpick comes out clean when poking it.
