Recently, I have started baking banana bread. I was not happy with how many banana I was letting go to waste. Turns out it is very simple to make.

  • Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
    • 2 Cups AP flour
    • 1 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 Cup Butter
    • 2 Eggs
    • 3 Bananas
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in one bowl. Mash bananas in a separate bowl then add eggs, softened butter, and brown sugar.
  3. Once the wet ingredients are well mixed, add them to bowl with flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix until it is well incorporated.
  4. Cook at 350 for about an hour, until a toothpick comes out clean when poking it.
